Payment by bank card

Service provider: Vdomaspol Limited, 25/F Workington Tower 78,

On the website, you can pay for services by Visa, MasterCard bank cards issued by banks of the European countries. After entering your email and personal data on the payment page, a secure window will open with the page of the payment service provider, where you need to enter your bank card details. For additional cardholder authentication the 3D Secure protocol is used. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to the server for additional identification. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, contact the bank that issued your bank card.

Order payment procedure

1. Payment is accepted only for the work performed;2. The fact of payment is the fact of acceptance of the work by the Customer in full;3. Identification information about payment is: Customer's phone number, Customer's email, order number, payment amount.4. After successful online payment, the Customer needs to send an email to the Contractor's e-mail av@vdoma.hk, accompany the order:
"I, full name, fully accepted the work done from meettcode.com by order number No. (specify order number) and complete payment for the order on the meettcode.com website with my bank card, the last 4 digits XXXX (indicate the last 4 digits of the bank card), the payment amount is 0.00 (indicate the payment amount)".

Refund procedure

1. Refunds are possible in case of untimely, low-quality or incomplete performance by the Contractor of the services ordered and paid for by the Customer;
2. The Customer must inform the Contractor of his intention to return the funds by e-mail: av@vdoma.hk
3. To issue a refund, the Customer must write an application for a refund;
4. The application must be sent by e-mail to info@meettcode.com. The letter must include: full name, order number, date of payment, amount paid and the reason for the refund;
5. Refunds are made to the same bank card with which the payment was made;6. Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of application for a refund;

Online payment security guarantees

The processing centre protects and processes your bank card data in accordance with the highest international security standard - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard 3.2 1 (abbreviated as PCI DSS). This standard was developed by the Visa and MasterCard payment systems. Every year, certified auditors verify the processing centre's compliance with all requirements and issue a certificate.
Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using TLS encryption technology. Further transmission of information takes place via closed banking networks with a high level of security. The site does not share your card details with us or other third parties. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.
The personal information you provide (name, address, telephone number, email, bank card number, expiration date, secret cvv code) is confidential and will not be divulged. Your credit card details will only be transmitted in encrypted form and will not be stored on our server.
